PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, take a screenshot of the item you wish to rent from our website catalog and send it to us via Instagram direct message. Your order will only be confirmed once payment has been made and the payment receipt has been sent to us.
DAYS OF RENTAL
Rentals are available for a standard period of three (3) days, which includes the delivery day, event day, and return day. Extensions can be arranged upon request, subject to availability.
RENTAL EXTENSION
We’re happy to offer rental extensions for our pieces! The extension fee varies depending on the design of the dress. Please notify us immediately if you’d like to extend your rental period. Failure to do so will result in a late-return fee of ₱700 per day.
FITTING
We’d love for you to try on our items! You can book a fitting by messaging us on Instagram. We also offer home fittings, where we send the pieces directly to your home for you to try on in comfort. The cost of a home fitting depends on the number of items being rented. Each home fitting session is limited to a strict 2-hour period.
CANCELLATIONS AND EXCHANGE
Changing Rental Dates: You can request a change to your rental dates before the start of your rental period by reaching out to us on Instagram.
Item Exchange: If you wish to exchange your rented item for another, it must be returned within 12 hours of receiving it. A fee of ₱500 will be charged for each rental date change associated with the exchange.
Cancellations: Paid bookings canceled within 24 hours of the reservation are eligible for a full refund, provided the item has not been picked up by the renter. Alternatively, you may opt for store credit.
DAMAGED OR LOST ITEM
Once the rental item is delivered to you, it becomes your responsibility. If the item is lost during your rental period, you will be charged its current market value. Should the item arrive with any pre-existing damage that has not been communicated by our team, please report it to us via Instagram within 12 hours of receiving it. We will coordinate the return process for the item. If damages are not reported within this timeframe and the item is worn, it will be considered a standard rental.
In the event of damage, the item must still be returned, regardless of its condition. All damages will be assessed, and any applicable fees will be charged to the renter accordingly.
LATE RETURN
A late-return fee of ₱700 per day will apply if the rental is not returned by the agreed date, unless the renter notifies us at least 24 hours before the end of the rental period. Renters must provide a valid reason for any delay. If the rented item is not returned within seven (7) days after the scheduled return date, it will be considered lost, and the renter will be charged the full current selling price of the item.
RETURN AND DELIVERY
Returns: We take care of cleaning the items upon their return. All borrowed items will be professionally cleaned and steamed before being delivered to the next customer. Renters are strictly advised not to iron the items themselves to avoid causing damage.
Delivery: Customers are responsible for covering delivery fees for both receiving and returning the item. The delivery service can be arranged through any courier, depending on the customer’s location and preference.
PAYMENT
We offer convenient payment options through bank transfer and GCash. Should there be any additional charges, such as late fees or damage fees, you will be promptly notified. Notifications will be sent via SMS, Instagram direct message, or email to ensure you stay informed and can settle the charges without delay.
LA ORIENTAL LOYALTY PROGRAM
Each time a customer rents an item, they earn one stamp on their loyalty card. Once (4) stamps are collected, the customer enjoys 8% off on their next (5th) rental. Moreover, customers who collect (8) stamps can redeem their next (9th) rental completely free—a perfect way to thank loyal patrons for their ongoing support.
Store credits such as stamps and rewards issued by La Oriental are valid for a period of one year from the date of issuance. These benefits are exclusively redeemable at La Oriental and cannot be transferred to another individual. Additionally, they may not be combined with other store credits, discounts, or promotions. In the event of disputes or uncertainties regarding the use of these rewards, La Oriental maintains full authority to make the final decision, ensuring fairness and clarity in all transactions.
